IBM Watson for Patient Safety is a branch of IBM Watson Health Life Sciences. Watson for Patient Safety applies cognitive computing to collect and analyze large amounts of data and essentially transform the pharmacovigilance process to automate and improve adverse events management. It is collaborating with Celgene to develop this new platform for drug evaluation. [1]
