I am a post-it master. I’m deeply fascinated by people and I love learning new things. By uncovering user needs, I help businesses and institutions craft more “human” products and services. I am trained in the toolsets of Human-Centered Design and I use my skills in illustration and storytelling to convey complex ideas in simple ways. I am a firm believer in the notion that there is no such thing as the “best solution.” There is only the “best solution possible right now.” I plan to leave this world better than I found it.
