Commitment to Quality Novella Clinical is ISO 9001:2008 certified, a global standard for quality management. A commitment to quality facilitated our North American headquarters to earn ISO 9001 certification in 2004, and recertification in 2010, 2013 and 2016.
Global Footprint We serve our customers globally through offices in North America and Europe. Located in the heart of Research Triangle Park (RTP), our corporate headquarters is in Morrisville, North Carolina with support from regional offices throughout the United States. In the United Kingdom, we are well-positioned in Stevenage, just outside of London.
