Mayfair Housing is a privately-held real estate developer based in Mumbai, India. The company is among Mumbai’s top real estate companies known for its world-class commercial and residential properties. Majority of it's developed properties are in Mumbai, Thane & Panvel. The company believes in the concept of selling property as per the carpet area and is the first developer to get the approval under the amended DCR framed in 2012 as well as first to have completed a project under the amended DCR. The company has delivered almost 3500 flats spread over 34 projects and 21.65 lakh sq ft construction area since 1981.
The company is among the early pioneers with regard to recognising the potential of TDRs. The company has diversified into developing reserved lands and also obtained TDRs for the same. This enables it to develop added space at varied locations. The portfolio of Mayfair Housing properties encompasses multiple residential projects in and around Mumbai. The TDR concept makes the company a pioneer when it comes to urban redevelopment and renewal.
