He is the son of Kaliram Patar, an officer(Asstt. Registrar) at Cooperative Society, Assam & Prabita Engti Patar. Kishore is currently living in Nagaon. Born in a Tiwa tribe's family he belongs to his ancestral village Niz Chahari in Amsoi, Nagaon.
