Innopharma Technology is a division of Innopharma, specialised in the development of efficient, reliable and rapid direct measurement PAT analysers that support research, development and investigational experiments resulting in greater knowledge and more robust manufacturing processes.

Our products provide high-quality data and images to understand processes such as Fluid Bed Coating, Fluid Bed Granulation, Twin Screw Granulation, in greater detail helping to reduce time to generate experimental data, scale-up time and product losses resulting in improved yields.

We provide our customers with full support of hardware and software integration from finding the best solutions to better understand the processes to full implementation and after-sales support.

Innopharma was founded in 2009 with a vision to develop Process Analytical Technologies to control pharmaceutical tablet manufacturing processes in response to the regulatory impact and market trend of PAT adoption.

SUPPORT & Services

  • Application Support:

For new and existing customers experts provide application support to ensure, find the right solution to achieve the goal.

  • Customer Solution Development

Offer development services and on-going support for applications which have custom instrument/software/integration requirements.

  • Professional Services:

Provide consultancy services for pilot/developmental/feasibility studies whereby can send samples to a laboratory for benchtop NIR or particle size analysis. Alternatively, where at the line or online PAT analysis is required application support specialists can conduct analysis at the customer site or provide equipment leasing options.

  • Installation & Compliance

Trained service personnel offer an on-site setting for both workbench /at the line and online technology solutions. For online PAT solutions, work closely with customers to ensure a successful merger of technology with equipment. Also, offer all necessary documentation to stay compliant with internal and external regulations including IQ/OQ certification for GMP and a service to conduct full merger and commissioning.
