About the University
Autonomous Nonprofit Organization of Higher Education "Russian New University" (ANO IN RosNOU) was founded in 1991.
The University conducts educational activities on the basis of the license (Series 90L01 number 0008778 Reg. Number 1759 of November 12, 2015, unlimited) and state accreditation (series 90A01 number 0001915 Reg. Number 1822 dated 24 March 2016, the validity of the certificate until March 24, 2022 ).
In 2007, Microsoft and Russian New University (RosNOU) signed a "strategic cooperation agreement in the field of development of modern information technologies in the education system", aimed at the development of the Microsoft Education Alliance ( "the Microsoft Education Alliance") in 2007-2009. to expand the use of modern IT in the university [1].
Since 2012, Russian New University conducts reception for training at the expense of the federal budget.
Currently RosNOU recognized as an effective institution for the results of monitoring of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, included in the national ranking of universities according to the information of the "Interfax", the hundred best Russian universities according to the rating agency "Expert RA", in the top 200 ranking universities of the CIS , Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia became a member of the International expert group on ratings to of IREG, officially included in the candidates for the ranking of universities QS world (go to "Achievements" section).
