History

The foundation of Scope International AG in 2000 was the consequence of a success story, which had begun years previously. Many of their employees share more than 20 years of experience in working together in international clinical research.

The company is in private ownership, which provides them with an unparalleled freedom as far as strategic or any other decisions are concerned. This results in an outstanding stability of the company itself and creates an environment of trust for long-term collaborations supporting your clinical development plans from set-up to completion. Furthermore, their joint responsibility has resulted in an outstanding efficient and committed team.

Over the years they have expanded our locations and set up new branches in Eastern, Western Europe and the USA with permanently employed staff. It’s an approach that has been driven by their sponsor’s requirements and many of whom have been with them since inception.

Today, Scope International is an established Full-Service CRO with 17 offices and approximately 250 employees covering more than 30 countries enabling them to access key patient populations and investigators in both routine and rare indications.
