Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP, formed by Landmark Dividend, LLC is engaged in acquiring, owning and managing a portfolio of real property interests. The Renewable Power Generation segment consists of leasing real property interests to companies in the renewable power industry in the United States. Its property interests underlie its tenants' infrastructure assets, including freestanding cellular towers and rooftop wireless sites, billboards, wind turbines and solar arrays.
Real property interests of the company consist of a diversified portfolio of long-term and perpetual easements, tenant lease assignments and, to a lesser extent, fee simple properties located in 49 states and the District of Columbia. These real property interests entitle us to receive rental payments from leases on more than 1,400 tenant sites. The company was incorporated in 2014 and is headquartered in El Segundo, California. Landmark Infrastructure Operating Company LLC operates as a subsidiary of Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP.
