Aijex Pharma International Inc. (API) is a Japanese Corporation primarily focused on needle-free jet injection technology apart from other specialty products.
Aijex Pharma International Inc., Japan (API) was established in June 2016 in co-operation with HNS International Inc., USA. API is currently located at Toyama Prefecture, Japan with offices in the USA & Germany.
API is now focused on further research & development of the needle-free technology with the aim of bringing it to a larger section of the society.
R&D is underway and nearing successful completion at Japan to introduce pre-fil ampoules with disposable injectors suitable for pharmaceutical formulations requiring subcutaneous injections like interferon, growth hormones etc. Pharmaceutical drug manufacturers are invited to tie-up with API for bringing this innovation to the market.

Injex 50 Accessories
- Vial Adapter 14
This adapter is used to draw Insulin or any given subcutaneous liquid medication from vials having crimp diameter of 14mm. The adapter is attached onto the vial by firmly pressing it, the Injex50 ampoule is screwed on top of the adapter after opening the cap and the required amount of liquid is drawn into the ampoule for injecting.
- Vial Adapter 22
This adapter is used to draw Insulin or any given subcutaneous liquid medication from vials having crimp diameter of 22mm (bigger vials). The adapter is attached onto the vial by firmly pressing it, the Injex50 ampoule is screwed on top of the adapter after opening the cap and the required amount of liquid is drawn into the ampoule for injecting.
- Pen/Cartridge Adapter
This adapter is used to draw Insulin from Insulin Pens or from Insulin Cartridges or Dental anesthesia cartridges. The adapter is attached onto the pen/cartridge by firmly pressing it, the Injex50 ampoule is screwed on top of the adapter after opening the cap and the required amount of liquid is drawn into the ampoule for injecting.
- Silitop
This is for attaching onto the top of the ampoule and mainly recommended for dental/aesthetic use. It provides a cushioning effect while placed onto the inflamed gums or on delicate parts.
- Luer Adapter
This adapter is used to draw any given subcutaneous liquid medication from glass ampoules. The adapter is attached onto the opened glass ampoule by firmly pressing it, the Injex50 ampoule is screwed on top of the adapter after opening the cap and the required amount of liquid is drawn into the ampoule for injecting.
This can also be used to draw medications from normal syringes. Instead of attaching the needle, this adapter is firmly attached on the syringe by firmly pressing it, the Injex50 ampoule is screwed on top of the adapter after opening the cap and the required amount of liquid is pushed into the ampoule for injecting.
- Injex 50 Ampoules
The sterile-packed 0.5ml / 50 units marked plastic ampoules are single-use disposables suitable for injrecting any given subcutaneous liquid medication through a micro-orifice at the tip of the ampoule. The plunger which is seen is to discharge the medication through the micro-orifice within a fraction of a second and a rubber seal at the topmost tip of the plunger is to prevent leakage and/or air bubbles while filling the ampoule.
